Metro Bus 3rd Annual Thank Your Transit Professional

ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- Once again you have a chance to 'thank' a Metro Bus employee.

Starting on Sunday, Metro Bus customers as well as members of the community are invited to submit compliments for Metro Bus Operators, dispatchers, street supervisors, and other staff.

Compliments can be specific to a certain incident or just general appreciation for the efforts of the staff.

Submissions can be done online or by calling their office at (320) 257-4594 during regular hours between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Saturday or Sunday.

Submitters will be eligible to receive $5 of Stored Value on a Metro Bus Smart Ride Ticket.  Cards will be mailed after the campaign ends at midnight on Tuesday, October 15th.
