UNDATED -- The heavy snow on Saturday kept troopers with the Minnesota State Patrol, and other first responders, very busy throughout the day and night.

The Minnesota State Patrol says they responded to a total of 219 crashes on state highways through 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.

There was one fatal crash, that was near Foley.  Twenty-seven of the crashes involved injuries, but none of those were serious.

There was an additional 307 spinouts or vehicles that went into the ditch.
