Police Respond To 911 Domestic Assault Hang-Up Call

ST. CLOUD - Officers from the St. Cloud Police Department responded to a 911 hang-up call around 8:00 a.m. this morning (Tuesday).

Police say 19-year-old victim was assaulted by her boyfriend, 20-year-old Marquise Joyner on Park Drive.

Joyner was charged with domestic assault by strangulation. He is being held in the Stearns County Jail for court.
