A St. Cloud man who told police he killed a woman at his home has been charged with 2nd-degree intentional murder.

An Albany man has pleaded guilty to a domestic assault by strangulation charge in a case that has been ongoing for about two years. Brian Andvik has pleaded guilty to the charge and will be sentenced at a later date.
