Spotlight: Valentine's Shows this Weekend at Pioneer Place

ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- There's a pair of big date night shows coming up this weekend at the Pioneer Place on Fifth in downtown St. Cloud.

On Friday for Valentine's Day "Girls Night Out: A Tribute to Superstar Women of Country Music" will be on stage at 7:30 p.m.

It's a great country show. They've performed here a few times in a few different ways. These ladies have incredible voices, it's a ton of fun, and it's a great way to get Valentine's moving.

Owner Ray Herrington says the eight-piece group performs classic and new country music.

On Saturday, Keri Noble will make a return to the Pioneer Place at 7:30 p.m.

She does all original music. She has some great stuff, she has a strong voice, very emotional. The people that have followed her for the last couple of years are infatuated with her.

Noble's Valentine's Day weekend show will be full of songs about love and heartbreak. Tickets for both shows are still available.

Next weekend the Pioneer Place on Fifth has a Beatles tribute band on Friday night, February 21st. The Prince tribute show on Saturday, February 22nd is sold out.

A tribute to Elton John is scheduled for March 1st, and a tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughan and ZZ Top is on March 8th.

Besides the main stage at the Pioneer Place on Fifth, the Veranda Lounge also has live music three nights a week with Jazz music on Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m., and live local musicians on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.
