Motorcycle Accident Under Investigation

ROCKVILLE -- The Stearns County Sheriff's Office, Rockville Fire and Rescue, and Gold Cross Ambulance were called to the scene of a motorcycle accident around 11:30 a.m. this morning.

The accident occurred on County Road 8, North of Highway 23 in Rockville.

27-year-old Derek Anderson, of St. Cloud, was driving a White 2006 Kawasaki Motorcycle, when his passanger, 23-year-old Brittany Czaplewski fell off the back.

Czaplewski was treated at the scene for her injuries by Rockville Rescue and then transported to the St. Cloud Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance.

The accident remains under investigation.
