Bernard Edgar “Ed” Zwack, 87, St. Cloud

Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2019 at the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud for Bernard Edgar “Ed” Zwack, age 87 of St. Cloud who passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell. Reverend Gregory Lieser will officiate. Burial will take place with military honors at Calvary Cemetery, St. Cloud.

Visitation will be after 11:30 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home in St. Cloud.

Ed was born April 22, 1932 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Anton and Rosa (Stueve) Zwack. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Ed married Esther Kipka on June 24, 1958 in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He was employed by Monumental Sales for over 50 years. Ed was a member of the Waite Park American Legion Silver Star Post #428.
Ed is survived by his wife, Esther “Essie”; son, John A. and his wife Cheryl M. of Sartell; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Helen Zwack of St. Cloud.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Brent; and all of his siblings.
