
2025 Hall of Fame Class Unveiled For Minnesota Fishing Museum
LITTLE FALLS (WJON News) -- A Central Minnesota sports museum has announced its 2025 Hall of Fame inductees. Three people and two organizations will be inducted into the Minnesota Fishing Museum's Hall of Fame on September 26th.

The people being enshrined are professional angler and youth fishing advocate Jimmy Bell, professional fisherman and guide Don Pursch, and fishing expert and television personality Jon Thelen. The two organizations going into the Hall of Fame are Nesheim Bait from the Brainerd Lakes area, founded in 1932 by Sam and Esther Nesheim, and Ray's Sport & Marine of Grand Rapids, founded in 1943 by Ray Hernesman.
The Minnesota Fishing Hall of Fame is located in Little Falls and recognizes up to four people and two organizations every year that have made an impact on Minnesota's sport fishing industry.
