Up to 30 Inches of Snow Possible in Parts of North Dakota
UNDATED -- A significant blizzard will impact western and central North Dakota beginning Tuesday and continuing through Thursday.
Snowfall amounts could approach 30 inches in some areas!
While forecast snow totals have increased, and there could still be minor shifts in the track of the system, these uncertainties will not greatly change the expected impacts, which are about as high as they can be.
The one exception is still the southern James River Valley and surrounding areas, where snow totals could be limited by either a break in the precipitation or rain instead of snow Tuesday afternoon and evening.
This storm has the potential to be one of the most significant ones in recent history.
