You’re Invited to Sysco Retail Store’s Holiday Taste-Testing Open House

Holiday entertaining and celebrations should be about the memories — not exhausting to-do lists.

Fortunately, Sysco Retail Store offers restaurant-quality food to the public (no membership needed) that is sure to leave an impression at office parties, neighborhood get-togethers, family dinners, and more. Many options are offered in larger quantities or in convenient ready-to-heat versions that you might not find in a traditional grocery store.

You can taste-test many holiday treats and dishes, savory to sweet, at Sysco Retail Store's Holiday Taste-Testing open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1:

• Crispy ravioli with marinara sauce
• Cranberry meatballs
• Italian roast beef in au jus
• Italian wedding soup
• Red pepper gouda bisque
• Chocolate brownie bites
• Peanut butter cookies
• Sugar cookies
• Spiced brown sugar whipped topping
• Hot Dutch cocoa
• Fresh hot apple cider

Throughout December, Sysco Retail Store also will offer turkey roast, a wide variety of soups, several gravy mixes, cheesy shred bake potatoes, scalloped potatoes, au gratin potatoes, Golden Grill potatoes, seasoned pearl potatoes, a range of flavored syrups, and Crisco shortening. Pie offerings include:

• Cherry pie
• Apple pie
• Blueberry pie
• Pumpkin pie
• Southern pecan pie
• Strawberry rhubarb pie
• Banana whip creme pie
