Man Arrested After Raid of North St. Cloud Home

ST. CLOUD -- The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force conducted a raid on a north St. Cloud home early Thursday morning. The task force served a search warrant at 235 18th Avenue North.

The St. Cloud Police SWAT team assisted because of concerns over guns in the home.

Police say they found one ounce of heroin, two ounces of cocaine, a small caliber handgun and $3,400 cash.

Police arrested 26-year-old Antonius Garth of St. Cloud on suspicion of first degree drug possession, first degree possession with intent to sell, being a felon in possession of a gun, and being a felon in possession of ammunition. He was taken to the Stearns County Jail pending formal charges.
