ST. CLOUD -- A level three sex offender is moving back to southeast St. Cloud when he's released from prison Monday.

St. Cloud Police say 30-year-old Jerome Webb will be moving to the 1100 block of 10th Street Southeast.

Webb is a level three sex offender -- a designation which is used to describe criminals who are most likely to re-offend. He has a history of rape and sexual battery against women.

Webb was most recently in prison for assault and illegal possession of a gun stemming from a 2009 incident when he pointed a gun at another man during an argument. He was also charged with terroristic threats and being a felon in possession of a handgun from a separate incident earlier that year. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea agreement.

If you have any questions about Webb's release, contact the St. Cloud Police Department.
