
The First Show Postponement at Mystic Lake Amphitheatre Happened
Weather - if it would cooperate with any type of outdoor activities that would be amazing. But, unfortunately, we live in Minnesota and the weather can be very unpredictable. Especially when you book things months, even years in advance. All you can do is have a back up plan.
WHAT SHOW WAS CANCELLED AND WHAT TO DO NOW
The brand new Mystic Lake Amphitheatre opened earlier this month with a local show on the 20th. Then, MGK with Wiz K performed the first national act. Next up - Dave Mathews Band. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had something to say about that.
On the Mystic Lake Amphitheatre website, you will find this announcement:
So, if you were planning on going to that show, hopefully your schedule will work with the new date that has been planned. AND let's hope that the weather cooperates with this new scheduled date.
THE SHOWS - IF CANCELLED WILL BE RESCHEDULED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
At least the venue, and management team will do everything they can to reschedule any shows that will have to be postponed due to weather. The only issue is that if it happens later in the season, those show would have to be put off until next season. So, let's hope that those shows will go off without a hitch.
WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY AT THE VENUE

So, according to this - the storm must have been "extra gnarly". It was just extremely wet.
