New Convenience Store Opens Soon In Sauk Centre

Drivers traveling through Sauk Centre will soon have another convenient place to stop for fuel, food, and fresh groceries.

Construction is now underway on a brand new Kwik Trip at 541 12th Street South.

WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THE NEW LOCATION?

The signs are up, and the store is being built on a vacant lot between Caribou Coffee and Taco Bell, just off the Interstate 94 and U.S. Highway 71 interchange at Exit 127.

KWIK TRIP IS READY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON

Construction has officially begun as of this week, and Kwik Trip is hoping to have the location open by later this year, hopefully in time for the holidays.

WILL THIS KWIK TRIP BE A TRUCK STOP?

It's my understanding that this location will be a standard Kwik Trip convenience store rather than one of the company's larger travel centers.

What does that mean? It means it won't include amenities designed for semi-truck drivers, such as dedicated truck parking, showers, or truck scales.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM KWIK TRIP SAUK CENTRE

But Kwik Trip doesn't need to be a truck stop to be incredible. Their new customers can expect the incredible quality and service that have made Kwik Trip one of Minnesota's favorite convenience store chains.

If people in Sauk Centre have never visited a Kwik Trip before, they will probably be pretty excited to learn that they'll be able to purchase much more than just gas and a few snacks.

Every Kwik Trip offers not only fuel, but fresh Kwik Trip-branded bakery items, hot food, take-home meals, fresh produce, milk, eggs, bread, and other everyday grocery items.
