Fort Ripley Man Hurt when Vehicle Hits Deer

FORT RIPLEY - A Fort Ripley man was hurt in a crash involving a deer. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says it happened at about 12:15 a.m. Friday morning on Jewel Road in Ripley Township.

After he struck the deer, 26-year-old Michael Gosse lost control of his vehicle, went into the ditch, and rolled.

He was taken to St. Gabriel's Hospital with unknown injuries.
