Weekend Crash Sends Three to Hospital, One Critically Hurt

FOLEY -- Three people were hurt in a two vehicle crash near Foley Sunday morning.

Benton County Sheriff Brad Bennett says 71-year-old Geraldine Cohen of Burnsville was headed south on County Road 66 when she came to a stop. Cohen then allegedly proceeded to cross County Road 4 and struck the passenger side of a westbound car.

The passenger in that car, 88-year-old Gordan Davis of Foley had to be airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. The 86-year-old driver, Nona Davis and Cohen were treated at the hospital for injuries and released.

Sheriff's deputies are still investigating the crash.
