ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police say they took three people into custody, after a stand off yesterday (Sunday) afternoon.

Fifty-one-year old David Roll, 44-year-old John Nesenson, and 40-year-old Steven Poulit - all of St. Cloud - were arrested after a gun complaint was called in to police.

Roll is facing charges of False Imprisonment.  Nesenson is facing Terroristic Threats charges.  They have both been released from Benton County Jail and are awaiting charges.  Poulit was taken to the Stearns County Jail on an active warrant.

Officers were called to the home on 12th Avenue Northeast just after noon on Sunday.

A man in the home told dispatch that the men had guns and drugs and were not allowing him to leave, and possibly threatened to shoot him .
