ST. CLOUD -  St. Cloud police have blocked off a street in Northeast St. Cloud, as they try to determine what prompted a call for help.

Assistant Chief Sue Stawarski says police dispatch received a call from a person in the home along 12th Avenue Northeast just after noon.  He told dispatch he was in the home with other people, there were guns in the home, that he didn't feel safe, and they wouldn't let him leave. The St. Cloud SWAT team was then called in for help.

Shortly after police arrived, two people walked out the front door of the home - the initial caller and an his friend.

One other person also left the home, and is presumed to be in police custody.  Stawarski says they believe there are two more people with guns still in the home.

More details are expected to be released later today.
