Tolly Vollen is from the St. Cloud Sons Of Norway Trollheim Lodge. He says central Minnesota may be known for its Germans, but there was a lot of Norwegian settlers too.

Vollen says special demonstrations featuring the country's heritage will be on display on Saturday.

The traveling exhibit was developed by the Sons of Norway St. Paul Lodge.

An exhibit opening and reception on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. will include food making demonstrations of lefse and krumkake, as well as sweater knitting, and rosemaling. Uf Dah!

The Norwegian exhibit will be at the Stearns History Museum through the end of December.
