Three Hurt in Alcohol-Related Crash in St. Wendel Township

Three people were treated for non-life threatening injuries after a two-car accident in St. Wendel Township Saturday night.  And police say alcohol was involved.

Stearns County Sheriff's officers, St. Stephen Rescue and an ambulance responded to the crash one mile west of County Road 133 just before 7 p.m.

Officers say a vehicle driven by 32-year old Angelia Schloemer of St. Cloud lost control on a curve and spun out and struck another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.

Authorities say Schloemer was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash which is still under investigation.
