MINNEAPOLIS (WJON News) -- Two of the stars of the Broadway musical Parade will be coming to Minnesota. Hennepin Arts has announced that Max Chernin and Talia Suskauer will play their roles of Leo and Lucille Frank when the National Tour comes to the Orpheum Theatre from January 21st through the 26th of next year.

Parade is the winner of the 2023 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Musical and Director Michael Arden says Chernin and Suskauer are extraordinary artists who bring an incredible sense of identity to their work rooted in their Jewish heritage.

Chernin has starred on Broadway in the revival of Sunday in the Park and in Bright Star. Suskaurer has played Elphaba in the Broadway and National Tour productions of Wicked and in Broadway's Be More Chill among others. Tickets go on sale on Thursday, October 10th.
