SCSU Basketball Completes Sweep at MN-Duluth

The St. Cloud State basketball teams both won at Minnesota-Duluth Saturday night.  The SCSU women won 65-59 before the Husky men pounded the Bulldogs 89-54.  The Huskies led 48-29 at halftime and Brett Putz led the Huskies with 26 points and Shaun Jensen added 13 points for SCSU.  The SCSU men improve to 13-2 overall and 9-2 in the NSIC.

The SCSU women were led by Aaryn Booker with 20 points and Jessica Benson with 14.  The Huskies women's team is now 8-7 overall and 5-6 in the NSIC.  The SCSU basketball teams will host MN-Crookston and MSU-Moorhead Friday and Saturday nights.
