New St. Cloud Sushi Restaurant Open for Business [PHOTOS]
ST. CLOUD -- After nearly four months of construction a new sushi restaurant in St. Cloud is now open.
Hajime Restaurant and Bar opened Monday at 4170 West Division Street in the strip mall with Erbert & Gerbert's, Sleep Number and the United States Post Office.
Rambo Souriyavongsa is the Assistant Manager at the restaurant. He says they have a full menu for anyone's palate.
"We specialize is sushi, sushi rolls, hajime, hibachi, teriyaki. [We have] fried rice, noodle soups, soups and salads as well. Pretty much a little bit of everything."
Although the restaurant serves hibachi, they don't have hibachi tables, they make it in the kitchen and bring it to your table.
Souriyavongsa says with being a new restaurant, they are looking to grow their team.

Hajime Restaurant and Bar is open Monday-Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Friday - Saturday, 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
