Big Game Party Snacks – Here Are Some Great Ideas
So, if you are planning on having some friends over to watch Seattle take on New England and you don't care that much about the game, maybe that's just me, then it becomes all about the food. What snacks are you going to serve? What snacks are you going to bring with you? Or maybe you are just sitting at home and you want some good eats.
There are always the staple delicious snacks like wings, sliders, a veggie tray, weinies, and some great dips with chips. BUT if you want to turn it up a notch, you can take some different methods to make these snacks. Kind of the same, but with a twist or two.
GARLIC PARM CHEESEBURGER BOMBS
From My Homemade Recipe
Savory beef and melted cheese are wrapped in soft biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and crowned with fresh Parmesan. These golden bites emerge from the oven with crisp edges and a pillowy center, offering a burst of flavor in each mouthful. Serve warm with your favorite sauces for a crowd-pleasing treat that's perfect as a main dish or satisfying party snack. Simple prep, oozy cheese, and bold garlic flavor make these bombs a standout addition to any table.
COWBOY QUESO
This one is the same as the Cowboy Caviar, but add cheese. Velveeta always melts the best. Let's not talk about the calories. Worry about that next week. You could always opt to add some of the pre-made queso that you find at the grocery store.
MINI PIGS IN A BLANKET - FOOTBALL STYLE
This one is always a favorite. Grab some little cocktail weinies, I like the ones that are stuffed with cheese. Then roll them in a part of a Pillsbury Crescent roll, bake them until golden brown. Then add mustard on the top in the shape of football laces. There ya go, mini footballs.
DEVILED EGGS WITH A FOOTBALL TWIST
Who doesn't like a good deviled egg, right? Make the eggs as you would any other time. Then take some green onions. Only don't cut the stem part into tiny little circles like normal. Make some strips out of them, lay them on the eggs in the shape of football laces. Voila! Little football eggs.
Of course there are all sorts of fun deliciousness that you can make in a crock pot. So, have a great time and go.... commercials!
