Iron Street Distillery In St Cloud Just Keeps On Growing
A distillery right here in St. Cloud is finding new ways to get its spirits into the hands of customers, while also making some changes at its tasting room.
According to their social media posts, Iron Street Distillery is expanding into new markets, adding more retail locations, and preparing to serve food at its tasting room. I can't wait!
START CHECKING THE SHELVES
For people traveling through northern Minnesota, Iron Street products are now available at eight Super One Foods locations. The distillery plans to hold tastings at those stores during the next six weeks, giving shoppers a chance to sample the products while they're picking up their groceries.
The expansion is also reaching across the border!

IRON STREET DISTILLERY PRODUCTS HEADED TO WISCONSIN
Iron Street has received a liquor license from the State of Wisconsin, opening the door for its products to be distributed throughout northern and western Wisconsin through Bernick's.
For a Minnesota distillery, getting into another state's market is a pretty big step. It also gives Iron Street another way to introduce its products to customers who may not have had a chance to visit the tasting room.

WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE TASTING ROOM?
And speaking of the tasting room, there's another change underway that could give people a new reason to stick around.
Iron Street's prep kitchen has received approval from the State of Minnesota, and construction is now moving forward.
The kitchen is currently being finished with commercial-grade wall panels designed for food preparation areas. Once the work is complete, the distillery plans to offer a limited but regular food menu that customers can purchase alongside their cocktails.
That could really change the tasting room experience quite a bit. Instead of simply stopping in for a drink, we will soon have the option of making more of an evening out of our visit with something to eat, too!
EXPANSION PLANS
More products are expected in the future, along with additional expansion into new markets. The new grocery store availability, Wisconsin distribution and upcoming food service all point to a business that is continuing to build on its momentum.
For customers who have been following Iron Street Distillery, the next few months could bring quite a few new ways to enjoy what the local distillery has to offer. I LOVE their original cocktails, and I can't wait to see what's going to be happening now with all these new positive steps to even more possibilities.
