Is This “Attraction” in Minnesota Really One of the Worst in the U.S.?
Whenever you go on a family vacation, or if you are just doing a road trip, or maybe you are in a particular city around the United States for business, you might want to check out some of the attractions in that city or state.
There is a list of tourist attractions around the United States that are popular places for tourists and visitors to the city and state that you may want to check out. But apparently some of the them are absolutely not worth it.
Two of these attractions on this list are located in Memphis, Tennessee. One is, of course Graceland. And for the most part, this is an expensive tourist spot, and it's just an old house. If you are a HUGE Elvis fan, you may find some of the items of interest, but otherwise, like stated above, it's just a house. Also located in Memphis is Beale Street. It is so historic to the Blues music movement. But the issue is that it has become so commercialized that it's lost some of the nostalgia and history. It's still worth checking out, though. In my opinion.
The one that this list claims is the worst tourist attraction in Minnesota is located in Bloomington. It's the Mall of America. The funny thing about this one is that I'm surprised that tourists come to Minnesota to see a giant mall. Because that is what it is... a giant mall with some cool things involved such as an entire amusement park, mini golf, VR options, an aquarium and other attractions other than shopping options. But there are those - 500 stores to shop in. The reason it made the this list of "Tourist Attractions People have Recommended Staying Away From". It was published in AutoGuide. You can check out the rest of the list, which does have some lame attractions on it. But it's all about what you're interested in. One person might be completely bored, while another will be totally enthralled. In other words, you do you, boo.
