Update: Ice Storm on Christmas Day

UNDATED -- Heavier and more widespread precipitation will move in from the southwest late this morning and this afternoon.

Some freezing rain, and possiblly sleet, will occur initially, but most of the area will see a transition to rain.

Thunderstorms will be possible as well, particularly after 5 PM.

Winds will become very gusty by late afternoon, particularly with any thunderstorms.
