ST. CLOUD (WJON News) -- A new entrepreneur hub is opening in downtown St. Cloud.
The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation has announced the grand opening of StageWorks on Wednesday at 8:00 a.m. It is housed in the historic Davidson Opera House on Fifth Avenue.
Stageworks will offer flexible, lower-cost office rentals, coworking memberships, and downtown storefront pop-up spaces.
The grand opening coincides with Start.Up Connect - St. Cloud, which is a free bi-weekly networking event. This week, the local entrepreneur spotlights Angela Ringsmuth, the Board Chair of the Independent Music Collaborative of Central Minnesota, and Ryan Johnston, the co-founder of Waypoint Transit.
StageWorks has high-speed internet provided by Arvig, a coffee bar provided by Kinder Coffee Lab, and programming and education provided by ILT Academy.

The GSDC will remain headquartered in the 501 Building in downtown St. Cloud.
