Fire Crews Respond To Machine Shed Fire Near Albany

ALBANY - Fire crews from Albany and Avon were called to a machine shed fire last (Wednesday) night.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Department says the call came in just after 6:00 p.m. for a fire at 19557 Quaker Road in Albany Township.

When the fire department arrived there was flames visible outside of the building.  It contained several pieces of farm equipment and a pickup.

The fire appears to have started near a skid steer inside the shed, which was used just before the fire started.

No one was hurt.

All of the equipment inside the shed has smoke and heat damage.
