Diane A. Schloeder, 81, Sauk Rapids

September 29, 1938 - December 10, 2019

Celebration of Life will be at noon on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the Ultimate Sports Bar & Grill in Waite Park for Diane A. Schloeder, age 81, who passed away Tuesday at The Gardens of Foley.

Diane was born September 29, 1938 in Princeton to John & Evelyn (Boyn) Erickson. She was united in marriage to Donald Schloeder. Diane grew up in Minneapolis and lived on the river in Sartell. She worked in materials management at the St. Cloud Hospital for 18 years, retiring in 1997. She also worked as a Beautician. Diane enjoyed sewing, fishing, vacations out west, and her dog “Scratch”. She was a strong willed, feisty, honest, hardworking woman who had a great sense of humor.

Diane is survived by her son and daughter, Brandon of St. Cloud and Joli of St. Cloud; sisters, Beverly Eich of St. Cloud and Patricia Crane of Waite Park; and family friend, Gary Vogtlin of St. Cloud. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald on 9/10/1995; sons, Roy Lee and Eric Stephan Schloeder; and significant other, Bobby Sura.
