SAUK RAPIDS -- U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar made a stop in Sauk Rapids Friday during her, "Made In America" economic tour.

She met with employees from Shaefer Ventilation, a company that manufactures equipment for heating, ventilation and air conditioning.

The senator spoke with staff to discuss ways to improve support for Minnesota businesses and job growth.

Klobuchar says she'd like to see more companies expand the way Shaefer Ventilation has.

In addition to meeting with employees, the senator got a tour of the facility. Company president, Neil Crocker says it was nice to have the senator visit their facility.

Klobuchar's visit to Sauk Rapids was one of four throughout Minnesota. She also made stops in Ramsey, Mora and Milaca.
