Winter Storm Watch for Thursday

UNDATED -- A Winter Storm Watch is in effect at 4:00 a.m. Thursday, with potential for another round of four to eight inches of snowfall across central to northern Minnesota.

There is still quite a bit of uncertainty in the models regarding the southern edge of the system, so these totals are expected to change with updated forecasts.
