Victims Identified In Crash Near Hastings

HASTINGS, Minn. (AP) - Authorities have released the names of two people killed in a head-on crash near Hastings last week.

The Hennepin County medical examiner's office identifies the victims as 57-year-old Timothy Gusk of St. Paul and 56-year-old Lihua Jing of Savage.

According to the Dakota County sheriff's office, Gusk was driving north on Revenna Trail on Thursday when his car crossed the center line and collided with an SUV with Jing as a passenger.

The SUV's driver was critically injured, and a back-seat passenger in the same vehicle was seriously hurt.

Both were taken to Regions Hospital and their names have not been released.
