Two Women Hurt in Head On Crash in Maple Lake

MAPLE LAKE -- Two women were hurt in a head-on crash in Maple Lake. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened just before 8:00 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 55.

A vehicle driven by 76-year-old Murdie Fischer of Maple Lake was going east when it crossed the center line and struck a vehicle going west.

The second vehicle was driven by 37-year-old Abby Dehmer of Monticello.

Both Fischer and Dehmer were taken to Buffalo Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
