BIG LAKE - Two people were hurt in a crash on Highway 10 in Sherburne County. The Minnesota State Patrol says it happened at about 5:45 p.m. Monday in Big Lake Township.

A pick-up driven by 67-year-old Deborah Cotter of Dayton was going west when she served to avoid a piece of debris. She over corrected and drove back into the traffic lanes striking a van that was also going west. Both vehicles then went into the median cables, causing the van to roll onto its side.

Cotter was taken to Maple Grove hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the van, 32-year-old William Paschall of St. Cloud, was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Paschall's passenger was not hurt.
