ST. JOSEPH -- Deputies arrested two men on felony drug offenses after finding meth in their vehicle during a traffic stop in St. Joseph Township early Tuesday morning.

Sheriff John Sanner says that deputies pulled over 24-year-olds Colin Gaelen Nicholson and Matthew Salvatore Emerson, both of Maplewood, for speeding on I-94 shortly before 2:00 a.m. this morning.

Sanner says that deputies found $8,500 in cash and a Narcotics Canine from the St. Cloud Police Department helped to find approximately 50 grams of Methamphetamine in their 2000 Chevrolet Silverado.

Nicholson and Emerson are being held at the Stearns County Jail on Felony level Controlled Substance charges.
