Stearns Co. Sells $1.3 Million in Tax-Forfeited Properties

ST. CLOUD -Stearns County sold $1.3 million worth of property at its tax-forfeited property auction on Monday.

Sixty-eight of the 212 lots sold.  Lots that did not sell are now up for sale, and can be bought at any time.  A list of unsold properties can be found on the county's website.  The price is the minimum bid amount and is not negotiable.
