UNDATED -- The snow that fell Sunday caused some trouble on the roads Monday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol says they responded to a total of 486 crashes statewide on Minnesota highways between midnight and 11:00 a.m. Monday.

There were two deadly crashes, one in Eagan and the other in Thief River Falls. There were also injuries in 42 of the crashes.

Troopers also assisted with 298 vehicles that went into the ditch and seven jackknifed semis.
