St. Cloud V.A. is People Focused [PODCAST]

Today on WJON's Voices for Veterans segment I was joined by new St. Cloud V.A. Director Dr. Brent Thelen and Public Affairs Officer Barry Venable.  Thelen is a Michigan native and veteran of the U.S. Air Force.  He says his background as a veteran helps in his current position to understand the needs of veterans.  Listen to our conversation below.

Director Thelen says technology will assist the St. Cloud V.A. in their goal to maintain and increase efficiency but the people who work and use the V.A. is what makes it great and will be the focus going forward.
