ST. CLOUD - While it's unlikely to reach the campus, St. Cloud State University is taking precautions against the Ebola virus.

St. Cloud State Student Health Services is now providing telephone screening to all students, faculty and staff who have been in countries where Ebola outbreaks are happening. Students who have traveled in the past 21 days or plan to travel to an affected country are being told to call health services at 320-308-3193, even if you don't have symptoms.

Information has been passed along to students and faculty in an email that was sent out on Wednesday night.

The University is also monitoring the outbreak and is communicating with the MN Department of Health and the Center of Disease Control. St. Cloud State will work to provide education and information about Ebola while implementing CDC guidelines.
