St. Cloud Police Alert Residents Of Sex Offender

ST. CLOUD - A level 3 sex offender has moved into the St. Cloud community.

Douglas Felix moved to a home in the 1300 block of Maine Prairie Road in St. Cloud last week.  Felix had previously lived at that address, and a community notification meeting was held back in 2008 -- therefore a notification meeting will not be held now.

Felix is not under supervision, and his sentence expired in 2008.
