St. Cloud Metro Bus Named Urban Community Transportation System of the Year

ST. CLOUD - The Community Transportation Association of America recently named St. Cloud Metro Bus the 2014 Urban Transportation System of the Year.

This is the first time a Minnesota system has received the honor.

The award recognizes a community transportation system that's innovative, creative, acceessible and responsive to customers.

Every year the CTAA recognizes the work done by a community transportation system.

The award honors the systems and management for their commitment to their community, novel approaches, innovative concepts and creative solutions.

The award is given to systems that provide service in an urban area of more than 50,000 people.
