Sharon L. Rassier, 65, Sauk Rapids

December 5, 1956 - April 3, 2022

A Celebration of Life will be 4:00-8:00p.m. Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for Sharon L. Rassier, age 65, who passed away Sunday at her home. A time of sharing will be at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Sharon was born December 5, 1956 in Detroit Lakes to John & Mildred (Boesl) Jasken. Sharon was known for being reserved and quiet, but every once in a while, she would surprise her loved ones with a spirited comment or action. She loved crocheting, sewing, traveling the United States, camping, and riding her motorcycle. Sharon loved watching movies, popcorn, and Diet Coke. She collected old sewing machines, thimbles, and bells. Sharon especially loved her grandkids. She would make chocolate chip cookies every Saturday that her family enjoyed. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Sharon is survived by her significant other, Joseph Steckling of Sauk Rapids; children, Joshua (KellyJo) Rassier of St. Joseph, Sarah Rassier of Glencoe, Stephanie Rassier of Glencoe, Christine (Dave) Hurd of Foley, Michael (Leslie) Steckling of New Hope; brothers and sisters, Kathy Orn of York, SC, Mike (Phyllis) Jasken of Gilbert, AZ, Mark Jasken of Gilbert, AZ, Kim (Jeff) Long of Sauk Rapids; and grandchildren; Joseph, Barrett, and Evelynn. She was preceded in death by her parents.
