Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Effect

UNDATED -- The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch.  It is in effect until midnight Wednesday.

Strong storms could possibly develop late in the afternoon into the early evening for the watch area as a cold front moves across the area.  There is a potential for damaging wind and large hail.

The threat for severe weather will diminish overnight.
