
Semi Driver Hurt After Driving Into Ditch Near Freeport
FREEPORT -- An Ohio man is hurt after driving a semi into the ditch in Stearns County.
The incident happened at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday on I-94 in Oak Township, near Freeport.
42-year-old James Buckland, of Cardington Ohio, was heading west on I-94 when he veered off the road and went into the ditch.
Buckland was taken to Melrose Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
His passenger, 38-year-old Steven Ball of Catlettsburg Kentucky, was not hurt.
