Sartell Man Arrested for Alleged Sex with a Minor

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly having sex with a 13-year-old.

Officers were called to the 1200 block of 2nd Street Northeast on Saturday.

The victim says the incidents happened on two separate occassions.

Police arrested Travis Fielder of Sartell.
