Minnesotans are known for being Minnesota Nice, but I think this Northfield Coffee Shop owner is giving new meaning to the saying.

The 'Little Joy Coffee' shop has got me drooling over a new coffee creation they've named the Raspberry Danish Latte, and they're telling everyone to steal their recipe so the whole world can enjoy it. That's Minnesota Nice!

FEEL FREE TO STEAL THEIR RECIPE

So what's so Minnesota Nice about that? They are actually inviting coffee shops all over the world to steal their recipe so everyone can taste the deliciousness! They walk you through the steps in the video below, and give you the recipe for all the ingredients that they make to create this beverage.

HOW MUCH EFFORT ARE YOU WILLING TO GIVE TO MAKE A LATTE?

After watching how much effort goes into making their Raspberry Danish Latte, I definitely will NOT be making this at home, and I guess that's probably the point. This is officially food art, isn't it? Each beverage creation they make is seemingly made with love and ingredients that take time to prepare.

WOULD YOU MAKE THIS AT HOME?

The Raspberry Danish Latte debuted on the Little Joy Coffee Spring menu back in March and costs about $8, which is pretty cheap considering how much effort and ingredients go into this amazing beverage.  They say that you can make it at home for a little under $3, but I find this hard to believe. If you talk about just buying raspberries in a 6-ounce container, it can cost anywhere from $2.50 to $6 bucks!

I guess I would make it if the ingredients would stay fresh enough so that I could have one latte a day for a week, but honestly...it's not going to happen. I will, however, be sharing this recipe with my favorite local coffee shops, and I hope you do the same!

THE RASPBERRY DANISH LATTE RECIPE

There's just one question I have left. Does it really taste like a raspberry danish? If that has been accomplished, this creative coffee shop should receive an award. The ingredients for this bad boy include raspberry syrup, made from espresso, fresh raspberries, and a vanilla cream cheese mixture that goes on top.  Thanks for sharing, Little Joy Coffee Shop!
