UPDATE: Pierz Men Hurt When Pickup Goes Off the Trail, Driver Arrested
LITTLE FALLS - Two men from Pierz were hurt when the pickup they were riding in hit a rock on a trail. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened at about 1:00 a.m. this (Monday) morning in the woods near 213th Street and Melody Road.
Forty-year-old Aaron Virnig was driving down a trail when the pickup went off the trail and hit a rock causing major front end damage. Virnig suffered minor injuries. He was arrested on suspicion of driving drunk.
His passenger, 27-year-old Chris Medek of Pierz, was taken by private party to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls.
