COLD SPRING -- The city of Cold Spring continues to celebrate with Hometown Pride Days as today has a full line-up of events all leading up to FireFest.

This morning people competed in the Red River 5K Run, from there Main Street was filled with games for the kids, food vendors, tours of Third Street Brewhouse, a cupcake eating contest at Cold Spring Bakery as well as arts and crafts for sale.

Cold Spring also held the 34th Annual Cars by the Creek show where spectators had a chance to see some classic cars, snowmobiles and tractors.

All of this leading up to the main event of the evening FireFest at the Cold Spring Distribution Center. Gates will open at 4:00 p.m. tonight and people can see some of their favorite country music singers.
