PAYNESVILLE -- Two Paynesville men are safe after their truck fell through the ice on Lake Koronis early this morning (Saturday).

The incident happened at about 12:45 a.m. by Crestland Drive in Paynesville Township.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the truck, driven by 21-year-old Zachary Imholte, went through the ice up to the wheels of the truck.

Imholte and his passenger, 20-year-old Tanner Harder, were able to get out of the vehicle. They were not hurt.

This is the second vehicle that has gone through the ice near this location.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office would like to remind you to use caution when driving on Lake Koronis in this area.
